ck Terms and Conditions

ck is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various entertainment services to Bangladeshi users, including slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between ck and the user.

A user means any person who has registered on the ck platform or is using its services. These Terms are written in Bengali and follow Bangladeshi laws and customs. If any clause appears unclear, ck's interpretation shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use ck's services is 21. No person under 21 may create an account or use the platform. ck may at any time request documents to verify age.

• Date of birth

Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed and the associated balance being withheld.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled.

3.1 Account Security

Keeping the account password and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility. ck will never ask for a password by phone or message. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck may request a National ID card, passport or other documents for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. Payment processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

ck reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected
• At the user's own request
• Due to prolonged inactivity

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds at ck. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Bank transfers can be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank or BRAC Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Payment processing is usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. The payment method used at ck must always be registered in the account holder's own name.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — and before the bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be met.

The percentage is also stated when quoting the maximum bonus limit: 100% bonus, up to ৳20,000. A bonus can never be treated as cash — it remains as bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After claiming a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: a deposit of ৳40,200 earns a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳60,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ck's four VIP levels offer cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5.4 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ck may cancel the bonus.
• Each offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. Verify all details before placing a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

6.2 Cancelled Matches or Undecided Results

If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded. For matches cancelled after half-time, a decision will be made in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

6.3 Multi Bets

A multi bet pays out only if all selections are correct. If one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. Example: three selections at decimal odds of 1.40, 1.60 and 1.90 give combined odds of 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.90 = 4.26, and a ৳100 bet returns ৳426 on a win.

6.4 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and live casino games available at ck are operated by third-party game providers and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. In the event of a technical fault, any payout will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck platform:

• Using an account for fraud or money laundering
• Placing bets strategically to exploit bonus terms ("bonus hunting")
• Using automated software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to access the platform's security systems
• Stealing another user's information or defrauding them
• Providing false information to or misleading ck staff
• Transferring funds from one account to another

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all withdrawal requests will be cancelled. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.
